At House of Bardi we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your right for returns and refunds.
1. Returns Policy.
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return
- The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- Items that are personalised, perishable, or made to order cannot be returned unless faulty.
3. How to Return an Item
- Contact us at colette@houseofbardi.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide instructions and a returns address.
- Pack the item securely and send it back. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost parcels.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us to check stock availability. Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns.
