  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email when your order ships.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Delivery times and rates depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times (Domestic):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

International Shipping:

  • Available for most countries.

  • Delivery times typically range from 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

 

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes (if applicable)

  • Countries restricted by customs or trade regulations

Certain oversized or specialty items may have additional shipping fees.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and fees once the shipment reaches your country.

  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

6. Wrong Address or Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to:

  • an incorrect or incomplete address, or

  • the package being unclaimed

…the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged:

  • Provide your order number and details

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue

For damaged packages, please include photos of the item and packaging.
