Returns & Refund Policy

1. Returns You have 14–30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must be in the original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

• Items damaged through normal wear or misuse

3. Refunds Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

4. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Shipping costs are non■refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
