Where It All Began

It started with one little girl

When my daughter Millie started asking to join sports clubs, I wanted to give her every opportunity to discover the confidence, friendships and joy that sport can bring.

But as a single mum, I also knew the reality of balancing club fees, equipment and everyday life.

It brought back memories of opportunities I had missed because of money.

My Own Journey

Sport Changed My Life

Football was my second home growing up.

It taught me resilience, discipline, teamwork and confidence.

It gave me lifelong friendships and opportunities I never imagined.

But it also showed me that talent isn't always enough.

I earned the opportunity to study and play football in America, but despite having my tuition funded, my family simply couldn't afford the living costs.

That dream had to be left behind.

Why House Of Bardi was Born

More Than Just A  Brand

Years later, when I became a mum, I began to see sport from a completely different perspective.

I wanted my daughter to have every opportunity to try new sports, build confidence and discover what she loved. But I also quickly realised how expensive sport can become — from club fees and kit to equipment, travel and everything in between.

It made me think about how many talented girls may never get the chance to explore their potential simply because of financial barriers.

That became the reason behind House of Bardi.

More Than Sportswear

A Mission That Matters

House of Bardi was created to celebrate girls and women in sport, but our purpose goes much further than the products we sell.

We want girls to feel confident, represented and encouraged to take part — whatever their sport, ability or background.

As House of Bardi grows, 25% of our profits will support girls’ grassroots sport, helping towards equipment, club fees, coaching and other opportunities that families may struggle to afford.

Because every girl deserves the chance to play.
